It’s important for us to show you a lesser-known side of the city.
We also know the people behind the stories.
Etele (call me ET)
I'm a real city boy, growing up in the centre of Budapest and discovering the city's underground culture from an early age. I have always been fascinated by secret communities and hidden places. My goal is to show a lesser known side of the city.
I studied social sciences, which gave me a deeper insight into subcultural phenomena and helped me understand the stories behind them. I am a very extroverted person, I like meeting new people and I feel at home in the heart of the city.
I have been a guide for more than 12 years. At first, I led a number of general sightseeing tours, but over time I realised that my real passion lay in the hidden, underground parts of the city. Before each tour, I do fieldwork: meeting members of the communities, studying their stories and doing research.
SUZIE
My journey as a foreign driver started with a spark at the age of 16, during my first trip abroad. For two weeks I was fascinated by the guide who brought the destination to life for us. I knew then that one day I wanted to do the same.
Over the years I have gained experience in guiding sightseeing tours in various cities abroad, and a year ago I discovered my true passion, street art walking tours. It has become a side project close to my heart, a love project where I can share a slice of my local knowledge, slow down with visitors and experience the city from a new perspective.
I show you the walls of the city with curiosity, care and storytelling. As a true Budapestite, I am deeply interested in how the city evolves, how public spaces and buildings shape our shared urban life, and how stories unfold on the streets.

I should be incapable of drawing a single stroke at the present moment; and yet I feel that I never was a greater artist than now.
